I’m Tom and I’ve been helping product teams deliver great experiences for over 20 years. I have extensive experience of designing and developing products end-to-end, from initial research and discovery to product release.

I’m curious, pragmatic and flexible but most of all I am passionate about ensuring products are designed for people. I do this through a process of iterative research, design and testing.

I am an Adobe Certified Associate and have professional qualifications in User Experience and Business Analysis.
